I listened to a recent podcast about the Law of 100. In the Mindset Mentor podcast, Rob Dial said in order to change the course of your life, you needed to pick one habit to add or change and do it for 100 days.
I thought about what habit I would change or add...then it occurred to me to add the habit of daily writing. I am currently working on a course for my clients and followers to write everyday for 30 days. This course is as much for me as it is for them! So I am starting today to write everyday. I will be using my writing time to write blogs, make IG posts, and journal. Whatever I feel like doing that day.
