Do you spend time talking to yourself? Not in a crazy way, but in a self-contemplative way.

We spend so much time responding to the urgent things in life. We spend very little time responding to intentional things.


For instance, I could spend all day responding to other people's emails, reading other people's books, and thinking about the things that other people tell me I should think about.

Yet, do I intentionally sit down and write my own emails for my business, write my own book, or ask myself "What would I like to think about?"

I find that a small amount of intentional time goes a long way. If I can allot just a small 30 minutes of my day to a specific goals or topic, then I can make a big difference over the matter of a week. And I honestly don't miss that 30 minutes in my day.
